President Matt Hine founded Progressive Concrete Coatings with a will to complete his innate engineering abilities with his passion for artistry. Formed in June 2003 Progressive Concrete Coatings now has an established reputation and a comprehensive portfolio in the industrial, commercial, retail, and residential flooring design industry. Owner Matt Hine has trained with Industry leaders such as Jeff Gerrard and Bob Harris. Matt and Progressive Concrete Coatings original design work have been highlighted on industry leader Concrete Network’s web source site and by local publications solidifying their position in the specialty industry.
